1Grow acts as a data processor for business data entered by users.

Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data entered into the platform. We do not use your business data for marketing or sell it to third parties.

Data Processing Locations

Data is processed and stored in data centers located in India. We comply with local data protection regulations.

Sub-processors

We use the following sub-processors:

• Vercel: Hosting and CDN
• AWS: Infrastructure
• Brevo: Email delivery
• Firebase: Push notifications

Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users within 72 hours.
